This is one reason why you need to ensure that you make the first change right and ensure that you do everything within your capabilities to ensure that it is a success.

You will also notice that most of the successful work environments are the ones that are responsive, proactive, and intuitive. But with proper customization, training, support, and implementation, technology can help bridge gaps between your employees and departments as well.
